Partners

CRECER was founded on a partnership model. We collaborate with trusted local organizations who know their communities best. Together, we create the space for women-led businesses to grow—ensuring that impact is deeply rooted locally while reaching far beyond.

Below, we introduce our trusted partner organizations who make our work possible across Guatemala and Colombia.

Guatemala

Partner Organization: Entremundos

Entremundos works alongside Guatemalan communities since 2001, to strengthen their capacities and promote autonomy through a horizontal, participatory model of accompaniment, shared learning, and collective-solution building. With its focus on capacity building, technical support, communication for social change, volunteering, and community action grants, Entremundos brings deep local expertise to our partnership.

As our implementation partner, Entremundos helps shape and deliver our local empowerment initiatives, ensuring they are rooted in community realities and led by women-driven collectives.

Impact: Supporting women entrepreneurs in rural Guatemala to grow their businesses while strengthening local networks. By combining training, mentoring, and access to finance, women gain the tools to create dignified livelihoods and pass opportunities on to the next generation.

Colombia

Partner Organization: Red Pro de Paz (PdP Canal del Dique)

The Corporación Desarrollo y Paz del Canal del Dique y Zona Costera is a Colombian non-profit founded in 2009 to promote inclusive, sustainable development, peace and social justice in the municipalities around the Canal del Dique and the coastal zone of Bolívar and Atlántico.

With an integrated focus across human rights, culture, education, and environmental stewardship, it strengthens community-led efforts in agro-ecology, youth and women leadership and territorial governance.

As our implementation partner, the organisation helps shape and deliver our local empowerment programme by partnering with women-led collectives in Colombia to build resilient enterprises, deepen local ecosystems and ensure grounded, lasting impact.

Impact: Building on the resilience of women in post-conflict regions, this project empowers entrepreneurs to formalize and expand their businesses. With capacity building and access to capital, women gain visibility, stability, and a stronger role in shaping their communities.
